  • Free Single Monthly Cancellation:
    • Clients are entitled to one (1) cancellation per calendar month without incurring any fees or penalties.
    • This free cancellation allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively.
  • Subsequent Cancellations:
    • Following the free monthly cancellation, any additional cancellations within the same month will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel

To cancel an appointment or reservation, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to better assist you and make the necessary adjustments.

Refunds

The $40 cancellation fee is non-refundable, as it goes toward covering administrative costs associated with processing cancellations and rescheduling.
